TOMATO SOUP
Skin tomatoes by soaking for a short time in boiling water. Cut up tomatoes, carrot, and onion. Put into a saucepan, cover with stock, and season. Bring to the boil, add sago and cook for 30 minutes. Rub through a sieve and return soup to pan. Add milk and heat through gently— do not boil. Serves 4
