Scottish Smoked Salmon & Shrimp

Ingredients:
12 slices Scottish smoked salmon
3 cups. fresh shrimp
6 slices brown bread
3 cups. mayonnaise flavored to taste with tomato puree
1 tbs. lemon juice
A dash of worcestershire sauce
Crisp lettuce leaves
How to Prepare:
Arrange lettuce on individual plates. Toast bread and place on lettuce leaves. Place slices of smoked salmon on toast. Mix together shrimp and mayonnaise. Season with freshly ground black pepper, lemon juice and a dash of worcestershire sauce. Place shrimp mixture on top of the smoked salmon and fold salmon over. Serve with lemon wedges. Serves 6.
