LIVER & BACON

BACK

Wash liver, dry it and cut into 1/2-inch slices. Dip in seasoned flour. Fry the bacon in dripping, then add the liver, turning several times, and cook gently. Serve on a hot dish with bacon on top. Garnish with parsley. Serves 3 to 4
