Method—Mix the dry ingredients together and rub in the fat. Knead all together until smooth, roll with the hands into a rope, about 2" in diameter, cut into slices y in thickness, and bake in a very moderately-heated oven for 20 minutes. (A halved blanched almond may be placed on each).
